Q1. What is the attire?
This event is semi-formal, no denim. Decorative jewelry and Mardi Gras masks are encouraged. Masks and other decorative accessories are available for purchase in the French Market.
Q2. What is community seating?
The Cordova Mall Ball is proud to offer Community Seating as an alternative to purchasing a table. For $70, this option guarantees you a seat at a table in the wing of your choosing (based on availability). Seating is limited and typically sells out before the end of December.
Q3. Is there anywhere to sit for individual tickets?
Due to limited space, individual tickets are standing-room only. If you would like to reserve a seat, please visit our Tables or Community Seating reservation options.
Q4. How many seats are at each table ?
There are eight seats per table.
Q5. What is a token? What does a token get you?
Tokens act as currency specifically for purchasing beverages (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) as well as a multitude of novelty items available in the French Market. Additional tokens may be purchased the night of the event.
1 token = soda and bottled water, 2 tokens = beer and wine, 3 tokens = mixed drinks, 4 tokens = signature cocktails
Q6. Can I purchase tokens in bulk and/or individual tokens?
Yes, bulk tokens can be purchased before the event at www.cordovamallball.com. . Throughout the ball, Token Tables will be conveniently placed for you to purchase additional tokens ($2 for individuals and $20 for 11/bulk)
Q7. Can I purchase tickets and tokens at the door?
Yes, tickets and tokens can be purchased at the door. However, this event has sold-out in prior years. We encourage all attendees to purchase their tickets in advance of the evening. However, if the event has not sold out, tickets will be available at the door. Tokens may be purchased at Token Tables conveniently placed throughout the event ($2 for individuals and $20 for 11/bulk).

Q9. Can I bring a child under the age of 21 to the event?
All attendees must be 21 or older to attend this event. ID’s will be checked at the door. No exceptions.
Q10. How do I get my tickets and tokens?
Table tickets, individual tickets and bulk token orders purchased before Sunday, December 31, 2017 will be mailed the first week in January 2018. An additional mailing will go out for all purchases made between Monday, January 1 – Tuesday, January 12. Any purchases made after January 12 will be available at Will Call the night of the event
Q11. Where is the entrance to the event?
The north side of the mall located near World Market and the fountain.
Q12. What type of music is in each section?
Starz, Astronauts and Still Standing will be performing. We recommend wearing your dancing shoes as you will have your choice of three stages with amazing dance bands from different genres.
Q13. What time may I arrive?
The doors open at 8:00pm.
Q14. When does the event end?
Bars close at 11:30pm. The event ends at midnight.
Q15. Where can I get a taxi voucher?
As a courtesy for all guests, vouchers are available for a complimentary ride home. Guests may find the vouchers at the entrance and from PPD officers on site. Please note that these vouchers are only good for rides to your place of residence.
Q16. In case of emergency at the event, where can I locate help?
There will be EMTs onsite and they will be based in front of Victoria Secret.
Q17. Who does this event benefit?
This annual party is held by the Krewe of Les Petits Enfants (the Order of the Small Children) with 100% of the Mall Ball proceeds benefitting the Studer Family Children’s Hospital at Sacred Heart.
